Planning Process

​Discovery
In this step I will get to know more about you – your interests, your style, your past travel experiences, likes/dislikes and most importantly what you are looking for in your next vacation and where you want to go. Once we clarify your vision, we will discuss how I can help and my process.

​Designing your travel
​Once ready to move forward, you will be sent a client agreement and asked to pay a small planning fee. I will I will draw upon my network of distinguished travel contacts around the world to provide trusted recommendations and create the ideal itinerary for you that incorporates the best accommodations, activities, guides, recommendations and more. I will work with you until it is perfect.

Reserving your travel
​Once we have an itinerary that is just right, I will make all of the reservations and provide you with all the terms and conditions for deposits, cancellations, visa requirements, immunizations, etc. Our job is to take the stress out of travel planning by attending to the minutiae of the trip, so you can relax and enjoy the fun of anticipation! We will provide you with your custom itinerary, any necessary travel documents, and other reference materials that will enrich your experience.

Ongoing Support
While you are off on your dream adventure, we will be working in the background on your behalf – connecting with our colleagues who are taking care of you on your trip, smoothing out any bumps in the road, and finding little ways to make your journey special. You can rest assured knowing that you will be "VIP's" everywhere you go. Once you return, I will be touching base to see how the trip went and to hear your stories.
